How do I know Imagine Museum received my order?
When you check out and place your order you will receive an order confirmation via email within a few minutes.

How will my order ship?
Orders could ship via USPS or UPS based on product selection.
When will my order ship?
Orders for stock items typically ship the next business day.
Can I track my order online?
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an updated email with the tracking number.
What do I do if a package arrives damaged?
To give you better service when you call about damaged packages, please make sure to document damages and give us a call to 727-300-1700 EXT 110.
All packages are insured, but if damage occurs and it is not documented on delivery, the carrier has the ability to deny the claim.
What do I do if my order doesn't arrive within our scheduled time frame?
Contact customer service 727-300-1700 EXT.110, Tuesday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern, and we will gladly help you track the package for you.
**Please note that during the busy holiday season, there can be longer than normal delivery times due to the increase in demand and the increase in packages that shipping carriers have to process.**
Returns:
We want you to love your Imagine Museum Shop purchase. If for any reason an item does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days any unworn jewelry or undamaged items to us for a refund. Please provide a copy of invoice. Items must be in same condition in which it was purchased. We only accept returns of works purchased online at https://imagine-museum.shoplightspeed.com/
To return merchandise, simply email or call 727-300-1700 within 7 days of receipt for instruction.
Imagine Museum is NOT responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Please note that we will NOT be able to accept your return if it arrives back to us greater than 20 days from the invoice date.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
